When launching Safran Risk, if you receive the error below, please follow the steps below to help resolve the the issue:

Old Version of Safran Risk

From the end of August 2026, Safran Risk v22.2.34 or earlier will no longer be able to connect to the Safran licensing server and the above error will be noted. If you are currently under valid maintenance and support, you can upgrade to the latest version of Safran to continue using Safran with your License Code. Please review the articles linked below:

License used by another user

Your license may currently be assigned to a different user, please contact us to help resolve this issue. Note that transferring named user licenses must be under the eligibility listed in this article Can I transfer a Safran Risk Licence to another user?
