From the Safran Risk window:

1. Click on the Triple bar (Hamburger) button 
2. Click on "Open Log File Folder

3. Windows File Explorer will now display the Log File Folder:
   C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Safran

4. Click on (or Open)  the "RiskLicence.txt" filename to view the Licence Number:
