Expert Practitioner Support is a pre-paid time based add-on service available to customers that provides 1:1 assistance (remotely) to assist with non-technical product related support.
To request Expert Practitioner support please complete the following:
- Submit a ticket providing contest for the type of support you're requesting
- Visit our Call Booking Page and after entering your name and email address, select the Safran Risk Expert Practitioner option for Meeting Purpose
- Enter a brief overview and provide the new Support Ticket Number listed
- Ensure your own timezone is selected
- Select the duration you would like (30mins or 1hr). Whole 30mins are the minimum increment.
- Available dates will be shown, select a date
- Available times will be listed, select a timelot
- You will be emailed a calendar invite for the selected date and time for the Expert Practitioner period.
